Villa Althaea is is a stunning countryside villa, spread in 3 levels and covers 145 m2 in total, comfortably accommodating 5 guests in beds and up to 6 people if it is necessary. The Villa offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a beautifully landscaped outdoor area, featuring a large courtyard with a beautiful garden that surrounds the Villa, charcoal BBQ facilities, a 30 m2, private swimming pool (1,00-1,60 m deep), outdoor shower and private, shaded parking space. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, outdoor dining table under a shaded area, as well as an outdoor, comfortable sitting area. Outdoor area From the outdoor area of Villa Althaea guests can enjoy spectacular sea and mountain views from all around. Here you will feel comfortable, like being at your own home. In the garden, cypresses, jasmines, rosemaries, lavenders, laurels, althaeas, roses, and other local cretan flowers and herbs create an idyllic scenery for relaxation all year round and surround the Villa. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area features: - A 30 m2, private swimming pool (1,00-1,60 m deep). The pool terrace is equipped with an outdoor shower, sun beds, as well as an outdoor, comfortable sitting area. - Charcoal BBQ facilities and an outdoor dining table under a shaded area. - Private, shaded parking space. - The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering full privacy to our guests. Villa Althaea is located right along the national road, offering easy access to nearby destinations. Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check in.

Villa Althaea is located in the village of Loutra, in a peaceful and beautiful countryside area. The Villa offers a bakery and local restaurant, which can be reached within 10 minutes walking. Also, a car rental is not needed since there is bus stop very close to the villa with frequent itineraries. Locations near Loutra include the village of Pigi and Adele. The beautiful village of Pigi is located 5 minutes away by car and has all the necessities guests might need such as tavernas and cafes, a mini market, bakery, butcher, as well as a pharmacy. A gas station can be found in the nearby village of Adele which is also 5 minutes away by car. Pigianos Kampos beach, which is the closest to the villas, 7 minutes driving, is a vast, sandy and well organised beach, with shallow waters making it ideal for families. It’s a perfectly organised coastal tourist resort, with many sun beds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, lifeguards, beach bars, restaurants and water sports. Next to Pigianos Kampos, in Adelianos Kampos there is also an Atm machine. Also Rethymno town, offers a great selection of choices in shops, restaurants and anything else you might need.
