It has an unobstructed view towards the Ionian Sea and is surrounded by olive and cypress trees. The complex consists of beachfront villas with private pools and residences with sea view.
All villas and residences have verandas and private yards with breathtaking sea view. They are perfectly maintained and fully furnished. Kloni-Gouli beach is presently fully organized, with umbrellas, sunbeds, and a canteen serving light lunches, coffee, refreshments and drinks to all residents.
Each with direct access to swimming pool, Anassa Villas are overlooking the Ionian Sea with spectacular views . This prestigious property provides a private beach bar-snack within walking distance.
