We are property management company Aktis Villas. Since 2007, we have been looking for and finding the best deals on top-of-the-range villas, making your holiday a comfortable and carefree experience.

Property information

A first line cottage in the well maintained and picturesque complex of Anemi Beach, 2 km from the small tourist town of Nea Skioni on the Kassandra peninsula. The cottage is a brand new, well equipped family cottage for 6 persons. On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen furniture and a bathroom. The living room opens onto a spacious terrace, where there is a dining area and an outdoor shower. On the first floor there is a bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds and access to a balcony. There is a sea view from each bedroom.

Neighbourhood information

At a 10 minute drive you will find one of the most touristic and popular small town of Halkidiki - Hanioti and close to it also the very popular village of Pefkohori for leisure and fun with its many hotels, bars, tavernas, restaurants, where you will not be bored.
