Through a journey that started in 2001, Oreo Travel was founded by Stratos Beretis, an experienced member of the Greek Tourism Industry, a Graduate of the Department of Economics of the University of Crete, and a Master's Degree Holder in Tourism Business Management. Having passed through several management positions, he was won over by the occupation with tailor-made tourism services, especially in inbound tourism in villas, independent properties, country houses and small holiday rental units. Oreo Travel started as a representative of global tour operators and continues to this day with an ever-growing network of partners and properties in Crete, Peloponnese and Athens, in line with the new promotional and managing methods. Our goal at Oreo Travel is to promote the properties we partner with in the best way possible, by solely operating as a booking agent on behalf of our partner-property owners, whom we advise and guide in providing high standards of hospitality for their guests, in accordance with the regulations and the laws that govern the accommodation industry. Furthermore, we are constantly available for our guests to answer questions, solve potential problems that may arise while booking or staying in and to recommend services that may be needed to facilitate their stay and maximize their travel experience (car rental, transportation, tours, excursions and concierge services). Also in this floor there is a large master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with both a shower cabin and a bathtub with hydro massage , opening to a beautiful balcony with great views and two more bedrooms one with a queen sized double bed and a bedroom with two single beds sharing a shower/WC. Villa Arios Lux spacious outdoor area is a peaceful haven surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant flowers. The private 50 m² swimming pool, with a depth of from 0,80 m to 1.60 m, is the centerpiece of the terrace. Guests can enjoy sun loungers and umbrellas, the barbecue area and outdoor dining table for up to eight. A shaded veranda with comfortable seating provides a perfect spot for relaxation, while a lawn area ensures children can play freely. A gated entrance and on-site parking enhance privacy and security. This villa has an annex which has its own private entrance and no access to the rest of the villa and pool.The annex is only occupied by the owner occasionally.
