Artemon Luxury Villa is a new villa built in 2020, ideally located on the outskirts of Skala village in Kefalonia and its lovely 5km beach, this delightful property is perfect for those wishing to be close to the charming village of Skala and enjoy its wonderful variety of shops, restaurants and bars without having to drive.
Artemon Luxury Villa is perfect for guests wishing to have a peaceful and pleasant stay.
The interior of the villa has contemporary and modern design with emphasis on aesthetic trends and attention to detail.
The ground floor design with the main living and kitchen area features a spacious comfortable sofa leading to the swimming pool with the waterfall hydromassage. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the facilities required.
In the ground floor there is one of the three bathrooms of the house.
The area outside the villa is extensive with plenty of space for al Fresco meals and enjoying the magical sunrise and sunset.
The villa also makes use of modern building technology such as double glazing doors and windows and solar panel for hot water.
Physics student based in Athens, but with family roots from the beautiful island of Kefalonia. Passionate about the Greek countryside and life by the sea. I am hobbyist photographer and always post photos of Greece and Kefalonia which can be seen on IG, christoskaragiannis.
