This enchanting retreat boasts a stunning 60m² infinity heated pool (1.5m depth) “can be heated only with an additional fee”, complemented by a 20m² children’s pool (0.5m depth) and an indulgent 8-seater in-pool whirlpool & ample parking accommodates up to 3 cars. The nostalgia-inspired living room, invites you to linger and unwind on long summer nights. Wander from the open-plan living and dining space into the serene lounge, then continue on to the four exquisite ground-floor bedrooms, each featuring a private en-suite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. An additional WC is located near the living area, along with a dedicated laundry room. Designed to welcome up to eight guests in plush accommodations, this villa promises a stay that blends luxury with effortless comfort in every detail. Bonus | Breakfast Available (upon request with an extra fee) Wake up to the serenity of this enchanting retreat, with the option to enjoy a delightful breakfast served daily, available upon request at an additional fee. Outdoor Pool & Children’s Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 60 euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
