Nestled in Skaleta Village, right on the beach and just some steps away to beach bars, restaurant, super market & bus stop, Asea Villa will be the perfect haven for an indulgent recline by the beach. Enjoy the luxury comforts of this extraordinary Villa, laying in 2 acre outdoor area, with a 500m² lawn covered area. Dip your toes in the crystal clear water of the three private pools exclusively at your disposal: - a 100m² (non-heated) private swimming pool (depth ranges from 1,20 to 1,40 meters), with a swim- up gazebos area (total water surface is 150m²). - a 30m² heated pool with a built-in, 4-seater heated Spa Whirlpool. (the pool & whirlpool can reach up (maximum) to 28 °C degrees, and this is always subject to the outdoor temperature). - a children’s pool (non-heated, 2,50x4,00 & 0,50 meters deep). Τhe exclusive Villa boasts six bedrooms & six en-suite bathrooms (plus a shared WC on the ground floor ), each flaunting a distinctive look and feel. The luxurious Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in real beds, while 4 additional guests can be accommodated in folding beds, which can be placed in the ground floor bedroom, the first-floor bedrooms & the attic-style bedroom. The maximum capacity is 16 guests. Location Overview
 Nestled in Skaleta Village, the spectacular Asea Villa is located right on the beach and within a few steps our guests will be able to enjoy a refreshing swim & relax on their private beachside loungers shaded by umbrellas. Also, in Skaleta area there are all the shops that you might need, such as super markets, taverns, cafes, small shops, ATM machine, petrol station and various other facilities, all within easy reach. A bus stop with regular itineraries can also be found within walking distance from the Villa. In Sfakaki and Stavromenos, which are located within less than 10 minutes driving you will find a super market, a bakery, a butcher’s shop and a pharmacy. Also you will have the opportunity to visit all the well-known beaches and sightseeing spots of Rethymno with your car, taking only 5 to 20 minutes maximum. Prinos village is also really close and among olive and orange trees and offers an amazing view of Psiloritis mountain, as well as unique sea views. Additionally, wonderful nature surroundings are at very close distance…you can visit Arkadi monastery, Anogia, Argyroupoli, Kournas lake, Matala, Knossos and a lot of other places that are nearby. Definitely you have plenty of choices and chances to experience moments that will be memorable to you.
