Welcome to Astelia Villa, a newly built (July 2024), luxurious residence, offering the perfect blend of elegance and tranquility. This exquisite villa boasts a minimalistic design, a private swimming pool, and expansive outdoor terraces with breathtaking panoramic sea views and magical sunsets. Ideally situated between Chania and Rethymno, and just a short distance from stunning beaches, historical landmarks, and natural sights, Astelia Villa is your ultimate getaway in Crete. • • Villa is newly built and was delivered at end of July 2024. As part of an introductory offer, the price is much lower than what it normally would be, giving our first guests the chance to enjoy an immaculate villa at a stunning rate. • • Astelia Villa is a spacious 120m² residence, designed to comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The villa features three luxurious ensuite bedrooms, each meticulously designed to provide maximum comfort and flexibility. The bedrooms are furnished with COCO-MAT double beds (180 x 2.00m) that can be converted into twins, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One bedroom includes a jacuzzi bathtub, another a standard bathtub, and the third a shower cabin, offering a variety of relaxation options. The open-plan living area is the heart of the villa, perfect for socializing and unwinding. It includes a comfortable seating area with plush sofas, a 55-inch cable TV, and a dining area adjacent to the fully equipped modern kitchen. The kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, espresso maker, and more, making meal preparation a delight.
