In the heart of​ Sykia, is our house which has kept the traditional spirit of this village in a modern way . It represents an ideal place to those who want privacy and peace, and to those who are not looking for accommodation near to the beach.If your priority is not only the beautiful beach and its fantastic bays,reachable in 3 min by car , this House with its big yard is a ideal place for family vacations. Our house is consisted of an apartment on the ground floor. It was renovated on 2022. The maximum capacity of the apartment on the ground floor is six persons. It consists of one bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and two balconies. One bedroom has a double bed, and the living room has ​ ​ two triple sofas which become beds,and two beds to pull out underneath the Sofas,and an armchair.The living room is not separated from the kitchen. The kitchen is beatyfull and practical , fully equipped and has a table and chairs. In addition to the basic dishes, there are also stove,a coffemachine and large fridge. In the bathroom,which is big there is a curtain for the shower and two closets. The balcony in spacious, It has a sitting set and a view towards the whole village of Sykia and our beautiful garden with its pergola and grill. The apartments have TV, internet and air conditioning .The apartments have mosquito nets and on the door of the apartment on the ground floor. Bed linen and towels are replaced after four days. The courtyard is big ,beautiful with a beautiful stonefloor,pergola with a big table,chairs and a outside kitchen,grill and ot is fenced,. Guests have access to barbecue .The place to park vehicles near the accommodation. It is easy to find.
