Baklava Villa is a beautiful Kefalonia villa offering a great location and stunning water views. It is newly built at a unique location in the area of Alaties Beach, providing panoramic views of the Ionian Sea and enchanting sunsets. A distance of only ten minutes from the picturesque and cosmopolitan village of Fiscardo.

Baklava Villa is within walking distance of Alaties Beach and Alati Restaurant. Magganos Village is 3km from the house and has several restaurants and a super market. The house is a short drive to Fiscardo, the picturesque and beautiful harbor village on the Northern tip of Kefalonia.
