The villa boasts a breathtaking infinity pool and spacious outdoor areas, providing the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday escape. Beach Rock spans across two elegant levels. On the ground floor, you'll discover the open-plan living and kitchen area, alongside all five luxurious bedrooms, and the lower floor features a playroom, fitness area and laundry room. The living room features a sofa with an 85” TV while the kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, making a self-catered holiday seem effortless, and an island, equipped with six stools. The dining table comfortably seats up to 12 guests This area also features a half bathroom, for added convenience. Strolling down the hallway, you will find five bedrooms, designed with attention to detail. Each bedroom offers COCO MAT mattresses and direct access to the pool area, accompanied by unobstructed views of the pool and sea. Daily housekeeping 10:00-13:00, except on weekends available while towel and linen change is every 3 days Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check in.

The villa is located in Katlathas Beach, just 60 meters away from the homonym sandy beach. For daily necessities, the small town of Kounoupidiana is only a short drive away (2 Km), offering a nice variety of shops. In the area, there are doctors, pediatricians, pharmacies, banks, ATM machines, supermarkets, pastry shops, bakeries, hair and beauty salons, and gas stations. There are also several leisure facilities you can try nearby, such as tennis courts, gyms, sailing, scuba diving daily excursions, boat rides, bowling alleys, and playgrounds. Reference must also be made to the restaurants of the region, in which someone can get to know and enjoy Greek cuisine not only through traditional dishes but also through more gastronomically bold choices. Chania Old Town with its Venetian harbor, winding narrow streets, and abundance of cafes, souvenir shops, and restaurants is a mere 20-minute drive away, waiting to be explored. Being just 30 minutes away from the highway makes it easy to explore the surrounding area with its archeological sites, waterpark, beaches, gorges, and villages.
