This special residence provides easy access from the picturesque alley at the edge of the harbor. The fantastic terrace is only a few steps from the sunny beach giving you great convenience for your daily swim. The living & dining area is spacious and air-conditioned, with stunning views for relaxation moments, as you can admire the beach & the blue sea from the arched windows. The imposing wooden roof of the space captivates you. At the same floor you may find a comfortable minimal kitchen, fully equipped covering all your needs. The bathroom has the peculiarity of having two separate spaces for the use of two people at the same time. Access on the second floor gives you a large wooden staircase. At this level there are the two spacious, bright bedrooms with wooden floors, decorated with the hand made restored furniture giving the space a warmth of hospitality. A large glass door, separates the two bedrooms and offers privacy.

Worth mentioning that our beautiful house was acquired by our grandmother many years ago, was reconstructed and renovated with great love and dedication by our father. Nowadays the younger generation (daughters) we added our own touch. The decoration and the restoration of the furniture which we took care of, we made sure to match the air of the Aegean and this beachfront house. Our goal to provide a unique hospitality.

Pythagorio is one of the most beautiful seaside villages of Samos. It is located 10 km from Vathi the capital of the island. The house is located in a privileged position by the sea, on the special beach of Remataki, which is next to the picturesque port of Pythagorio. The sandy shore with its crystal blue and always calm waters, bathed by the hot sun, wins you from the very first visit. The organized beach - right in front of this unique house - gives the traveler everything he needs to enjoy his swim carefree and relaxed without the use of transport, diving into the water at any time of the day or night. By a 2 minutes walk you can admire the well-preserved mansions in the narrow cobbled streets, relax in the charming cafes, taste the excellent fresh local food and feel the hospitality of this beautiful place. Access to the bakery, mini markets and the wonderful shops of Pythagorio is really easy and quick. It is worth visiting the Archaeological Museum of Pythagorio as well as the Eupaleion Trench which according to Herodotus is one of the most important works in the history of engineering and since 1992 has been classified by Unesco as a World Heritage Site.
