BIO garden New House is a beautiful modern apartment of 2015, fully renovated in 2019, which is attached to our new summer-house built that year. Located within a 1.600 m² well fenced site that also includes our BIO garden Stonehouse (a 1930 stone house fully renovated in 2017 - also available for rent), a big green yard with flowers, trees & children's toys, our summer-house with our sweet dog Choco, our BIO garden & our domestic animals. The fully renovated apartment of 40 m² consists of a bedroom with double bed (160x200cm), an open plan lounge-kitchen with a comfortable double sofa bed (150x230cm), a bathroom with walk-in shower and a big front private balcony (4x3m) with beautiful views of the garden and the surrounding hills as well as a small back balcony (1x3m) with mountain view. If you require so, we can put for free an extra baby bed in the bedroom or an extra single folding bed for children in the leaving room, but free space will be limited.

BIO garden New House is fully equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances (smart tv with satellite channels & Netflix ready, stove with oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, washing machine, AC in all rooms etc) so that it can support a stay of a few days to several weeks for two to four people, ideal for couples and families with up to 2 or even 3 children. It is located within a well-fenced green courtyard of 250 m² in which the children of our guests are welcome to play (maybe together also with ours) games such as trampoline, soccer & basketball, always respecting the "quite" hours of relaxation (14:00 - 17:00 & 23:00 - 08:00) . You can enjoy your breakfast on the big front balcony with beautiful views of the green garden and the surrounding hills. You can also use our stone-made barbeque located in the garden, provided that you inform us in advance! We also have a sweet dog, Choco, very friendly & playful! Choco is always constrained to her particular location away from the New House & you can reach her only with our presence. At the back of the site of 1.600 m² lies our BIO garden, our fruit trees and our domestic animals. We will be happy to walk you around.

Within the site there is also our BIO garden Stonehouse (available also for rent), as a different building and at a distance that can guarantee the privacy of our guests. The only common area of the houses is the 250 m² green yard. Attached to the New House there is our own summer-house. Sound-proof walls and split balconies will secure your privacy. The private entrance of the New House is through the common green garden of the site. We are here every day to help you if and when you need anything. BIO garden New House is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood of "Gonia" village, just 8 km from the town of Rethymnon. "Gonia" is a beautiful traditional village overlooking the White Mountains, surrounded by green areas and olive trees. Within 500 meters it is surrounded by hills ideal for hiking where you can enjoy the Cretan nature and observe the wild birds (hawks and eagles) nesting in caves near our village. Many of our guests begin their day by stretching in our green yard and jogging around our beautiful village. Traditional taverns with excellent food are located in our village, as well as mini Market and Pharmacy shop.
