These three one-bedroom studio apartments were renovated in 2019 and 2023 and can easily accommodate two persons each. They each have a fully equipped kitchens and a comfortable bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The apartments have fast wifi, air conditioning, independent gas heating, a washing machine, and a flat-screen smart TV. Each bedroom has a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, a working desk with a bookcase, and a dressing table. Bed linen is also available. The kitchens are fully equipped with modern appliances and have everything a guest might need, including a refrigerator, stove, espresso and filter coffee machines, toaster, kettle, etc. The bathroom is small but comfy and includes a hairdryer, towels, bathrobes, and free amenities like shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body cream, etc. A small balcony under the sunshade and a rooftop lounge area where guests can enjoy a drink, watch a movie, exercise, or just hang out is also available.

Akadimia Platonos, or Plato’s Academy, is a quiet neighborhood located just 3 km (2 miles) west-northwest of downtown Athens and only 15 minutes walk from the capital’s hottest and most youthful place to be at night: Gazi. The area is named after Plato's Academy, simply because the ancient Greek philosopher founded his famous School here 2,400 years ago. A modern-day archaeological park is the only reminder of antiquity’s prestigious academic institution, just two minutes' walk from the apartment. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, convenience stores, dance schools, gyms are all located in a short walk’s distance.
