Το Captain's Boathouse, Klima Beach βρίσκεται στο Κλίμα, παραδοσιακός οικισμός με «σύρματα»-τα σπιτάκια των ψαράδων. Πρόκειται για ένα ισόγειο ενιαίο χώρο 60τμ. Διαθέτει διπλό κρεβάτι με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα και πατάρι με διπλό στρώμα, κατάλληλο για παιδιά. Πρόκειται για μία διώροφη κατοικία ‘σύρμα’, που τα παλιά χρόνια χρησιμοποιούνταν σαν χώρος αποθήκευσης της βάρκας και καλοκαιρινής κατοικίας των ψαράδων. Η θάλασσα απέχει κυριολεκτικά 5 μέτρα απο το κατάλυμα. Φανταστικά ηλοβασηλέματα ταξιδέυουν το μυαλό και τη φαντασία. Ολα αυτά απο την βεράντα καθώς επίσης κι απο την κρεβατοκάμαρα του καταλύματος. Είναι ιδανικό για άτομα, ζευγάρια ή οικογένειες, που θέλουν να ζήσουν μια ξεχωριστή εμπειρία, διαμένοντας σε ένα τόσο ιδιαίτερο κατάλυμα.΄ Πρόκειται για μία διώροφη κατοικία ‘σύρμα’, που τα παλιά χρόνια χρησιμοποιούνταν σαν χώρος αποθήκευσης της βάρκας και καλοκαιρινής κατοικίας των ψαράδων
σε ακτίνα 50 μέτρων (περίπου) θα βρείτε εστιατόριο. το οποίο παρέχει πρωινό, μεσημεριανό και βραδινό. Οι Κατακόμβες της Μήλου και το Αρχαίο Θέατρο βρίσκονται στην λοφοπλαγιά πάνω από το Κλίμα. Αν κάποιος επιθυμεί να περπατήσει ως εκεί, μπορεί να ακολουθήσει το μονοπάτι. Στα δύο χιλιόμετρα βρίσκεται ο Τριοβάσαλος με πλούσια αγορά, παραδοσιακά καφενεία και γνωστό σουβλατζίδικο. Επίσης σε απόσταση 2 χιλιομέτρων βρίσκεται η γραφική Πλάκα, πρωτεύουσα του νησιού και κέντρο με ταβέρνες, εστιατόρια, bar, καφετέριες και μπουτίκ.
