Carpe Diem is a project that started from a simple idea: to turn a 19th century stone countryside mansion into a functional complex which offers to any visitor the experience of genuine tradition that embraces modern comfort. Easier said than done, but today Carpe Diem counts three rooms, two suites and one apartment, located in the heart of the old village of Ano Archanes, which have been conceived to transfer to hosts that "I feel home" feeling which often makes a short stay or a longer vacation unforgettable. Natural stone, wood, metal, all mingle in harmony with the Cretan hills and heritage to guarantee enjoyment for all tastes, from culture to gastronomy, from nature to history.
