SteMa Residence is a property renovated with respect, ready to enhance your vacation experience. Once someone arrives at the front door of SteMa Residence, it is certain that he is not prepared for what he will encounter when he enters. It is a magnificent mansion, which was renovated very carefully, retaining many of its original elements, but adapted to the requirements of modern life. It is a fragile journey to the past and present. This very old but incredible building once belonged to a family that lived happily ever after. Now, SteMa Residence, this wonderful two-story mansion, was fully renovated and offered to its guests in order to create their own memories from their vacation and the time they spent together. Respectfully restored, the owners chose to keep many of its original features and they managed successfully to combine old and new, past and present. The feature that differentiates this property from any other is its roof garden. Elegant furniture, a small kitchenette with a small fridge, the jacuzzi allow our guests to get sunbathed all day or enjoy a cool coctail with soft music during the evening Please, let us introduce you to this wonderful vacation mansion!

SteMa Residence is located in Atsipopoulo, an area just 5km away from Rethimno's center. It is considered a residential area that is preferred by locals to have their family house. Therefore, there are supermarkets, butcher shops, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, and other kinds of shops such as a bookstore, hair salons, etc. SteMa Residence is privileged located as just a few meters away (about 150m) there is a big supermarket (Pavlakis Supermarket) where guests can have everything. Well-known tavernas like Gaganis Souvlaki place is only 100m away at Ekklesia Panagia square and at the same distance, there is Gazosa's Tavern at the main square of Atsipopoulo. Of course, there are bakery shops, coffee places, patisserie easily accessible on foot. Equally easy to access are the beaches of the north and the south part of Rethimno by car. Therefore, a car is necessary if one would wish to explore around. Rethimno's main beach is just 13km away (about a 6 min drive) while Petre's beach is about 10 km away.
