Inspired by the mineral matters, we artistically designed the apartment to offer a physical and minimal feeling by using the technique of beton cire. All the selected natural earth colors bring the necessary warmth and tranquility into the atmosphere. The instinto technique demonstrates the Italian style impact on the living room and totally matches the colorings with the hidden lighting. Fantastic hidden lighting, high quality furniture with mirroring craftsmanship, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included) and the amazing sea view from the villa will make your stay memorable. Double-glazing soundproof windows (french door / balcony) with anti-mosquito screens are installed. High speed WiFi (up to 200 mbps download / up to 20 mbps upload) is provided. A 55' inch 4K smart TV and a 32' inch smart TV are available with Netflix & Amazon established connection. Inside the villa you will find all the necessary electric devices for your breakfast/lunch/dinner. Furthermore, we provide an ironing machine, hair dryers and a fully equipped laundry space with a washing machine.
