Paralia Homes is the property management company of this hidden gem, owned by an international local family. The co-hosts Lena (Swedish) and Kostas (Greek). lives next door with their two dogs. We welcome guests from all over the world, looking for an exciting and relaxing time. We are avid travelers who understand what our guests need, and will make your experience in Greece a memorable vacation. We love to share this cheerful sanctuary with you, including sharing all the fruits and vegetables that gro on the property. We also produce our own olive oil. The check-in and checkout can be self sustained but most times the co-host will be greeting you. Languages spoken are English, Swedish, Greek.

On this beautiful property you can relax with the whole family (or larger group), away from the hustle and bustle, but still very close to all the fun things in the area. Take a 20 min walk down to the beach or drive to many fun beaches and beach bars in area. Relax at home, read a book under an olive tree, hike or bike up the mountain, or jump into the pool to cool down. The pool is private and belongs to unit #1, or can be shared by a larger group booking both unit 1 and 2. There is a large garden area that is shared, hosting many fruit trees, and a shared playground area for kids. The adjacent house that is identical in size, is occupied by the co-host and up-keeper of the property. The property is gated with plenty of parking, and watchdogs and cats who are friendly to guests.

The neighborhood includes a few summer houses but the property is secluded from any neighbors and surrounded by olive trees and forest. The sand beach road leads down to the water with free public beaches as well as beach bars. There is a bus stop outside Kassandra Pallas Hotel. House is located about 3 km after Kriopighi, where you can find all amenities needed; restaurants, cafes, bakery, pharmacy and grocery stores etc. Please see guidebook for recommendations. Our favorite neighborhood activity is to go for a walk or run up the mountain hill, walk down to the beach for an evening dip in the ocean. Kyma beach bar and restaurant is the neighborhood favorite (walking distance) and there is free public beach access as well as multiple beach bars (requires that you purchase something to drink or eat). Water sports are also available here. There are many nearby villages that you can visit within 20 min drive from the house. In Kriopigi you can rent dirt bikes, 4wheelers or mountain bikes to ride up the mountain behind our property, which will give you access to a number of dirt roads that will lead you all the way up to the summit. There is a beautiful dirt road at the summit that you can ride all the way down to the end of Kassandra peninsula, with views of the ocean on both sides. In Halkidiki it is recommended to rent a car so that you can visit all the different areas of Kassandra.
