The apartment is located 50 meters from the beach of PERAIA. At a distance of 15km. from the apartments is the airport, closer than 5km. is REGENCY CASINO, and at 20 km. - ARISTOTELIA square in Thessaloniki. From the airport to Pareia is easily accessible by bus. The apartments are located on the sunny side, dry, equipped with underfloor heating, air conditioning in each room..The balcony, insulated with nylon tents, even in the cool season allows you to feel comfortable. The apartments are equipped with modern appliances. Large refrigerator, dishwasher, induction stove, microwave and oven, washing machine, free internet and TV.... Private large parking lot and barbecue area, playground and many taverns with unparalleled cuisine! There is an elevator. But there is a disadvantage - steep stairs to the front door of the building! Very inconvenient for disabled people and baby strollers!
