Geoponika is a beautiful quiet place full of greenery, 3,5 km far from Nea Kallikratia. It is ideal for family vacations. You can just relax or go for swimming, walking or cycling. The big, sandy with crystal clear waters beach of Geoponika is 5 minutes walk away. It's well organized with lots of beach bars with sun beds and umbrellas. To Geoponika you will also find restaurants, taverns, playgrounds and an orthodox church called Agia Marina. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. There are only cottages with gardens, wide streets and very limited through car traffic. In Nea Kallikratia you can find all the amenities you will need like supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, health center, taxi rank. The highway to Thessaloniki or Kassandra and Sithonia peninsulas is just 3km far from the house. The airport of Thessaloniki is 27 km far away. Many places are worthwhile to visit, such as the Petralona cave and the Anthropological Museum (12km), Waterland water park & zoo (30km), Mediterranean Cosmos mall and the nearby Magic Park (32km) , Thessaloniki's beautiful historical center and the White Tower (42km).
