Property information

This unique space is close to everything, right in the center of Chalkida, overlooking the beach of Chalkida and the old bridge. Enjoy its unique view, watching the "crazy waters" dragging the boats and sailboats! The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It has 2 side-by-side beds, a sofa bed and a folding bed.There are air conditioners in each room and in the living room as well as an awning on the balcony.

Neighbourhood information

Upon reaching the entrance of the city, follow the road towards the Infantry School and the old bridge of Chalkida. Once you cross it and find yourself on the Evia peninsula in Central Greece, you will find the house on your right hand side, 100 meters away!The house is located on the coastal road of Chalkida, there is the possibility of free parking on the street. Also at 50 meters is the train stop where there is a very large space also available for free parking. Just below the house there is also a large open paid parking.
