Its convenient location provides peace and quiet when in the apartment but at the same time, it is only a 2-minute walk to the bars, cafes, restaurants and shops on the main pedestrian sidewalk of the town and a 5-minute walk to the marina and within walking distance to some of the best sandy beaches of Lefkas. Choosing this apartment will also mean you get to experience the best of both worlds since the apartment is housed in a beautiful classical listed building whilst simultaneously the interior has been fully renovated into a modern, designer apartment. It consists of two floors. On the first floor you have, a fully stocked kitchen with anything you could possibly need, a dining room , a spacious living room and an extra bathroom. The apartment is perfect for two couples or a family with kids as it has two en suite bedrooms, which you will find on the second floor. Both bedrooms have been equipped with new beds mattresses and linens in the summer of 2025. Bedroom No. 1 has a queen sized bed while bedroom No. 2 has two single beds which can be turned into a king size bed. Each room also has a futon that can turn into a comfortable bed if needed. Also, if you're visiting the island in order to enjoy its famous water sports and have equipment that needs storing during the night we have a completely safe storage room on the ground floor that you can take advantage of. Finally, you can enjoy our veranda which is perfect for the cool island evenings. Very importantly while the city of Lefkada has many issues with its water supply, the apartment is equipped with its own water tank and pressure pump to ensure constant adequate water pressure and supply.

The apartment is 50m from the central square and pedestrian road of Lefkada town, which house most of the cafes, restaurants and shops of the city! It is also a 5 minute walk from the marina, the municipal parking lots and the central bus station.
