EFMAR is a residential complex with 2 ground floor Residences & 2 1st floor Residences, ready to accommodate guests of high demands who would like to enjoy all the modern comforts in a simple and natural environment.
This is exactly what the four independent residences offer, where are placed in Mavrovouni, Gythio.They are built with respect to the architectural tradition of Mani, the fairytail tower houses and they house our residencies, designed and decorated in a traditional style.

The EFMAR Exclusive Stone Residences are situated 250m from the Mavrovouni Beach and 2 km from Gythio. It is an outstanding beach that stretches for approximately 5 km. It is popular for its crystal-clear, deep blue waters and its enjoyable wide beach and thick sand. The respect for the natural beauty of the landscape along with environmental sensitivity and the mild tourism development of the region make it the ideal destination for any visitor.
Areopoli which is the gate of Inner Mani can be found 24 km away and it has a unique character thanks to its wild natural landscape and the charming austerity of its settlements. Dozens of beautiful beaches and routes with an impressive view promise unique excursions that can lead even to the legendary Cape Tenaro, the southern part of mainland Europe that always stimulated people’s imagination.
Byzantine churches of great historical value can be found in the area and they depict the rich local history while the caves of Diros offer an unforgettable experience to young children and adults. Last but not least, at dusk you can take a beautiful walk down the specially designed walkway that stretches for 2 km up to Gythio and admire the spectacular view.
