El Paraiso Preimium is located in Thessaloniki, a summer destination for every family. It is next to Chalkidiki with its worldwide beaches as well as to the center of Thessaloniki. It is a 190 sq2m villa in a 3000 sq2m area with magnificent view offering privacy and serenity for your summer vacations. El Paraiso consists of 3 big bedrooms, a convenient sitting room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. Every bedroom consists of big double beds. In the kitchen you will find every kitchenware a family needs. Finally, visitors will find 2 smart TV’s and. Outside of the house, visitors will be surprised of the facilities the property offers. An 18m swimming pool next to a built BBQ and a ping pong table as well as a huge garden are some of them to ensure a memorable holiday.

Visitors can explore Peraia, a village built next to the sea, an absolutely summer destination.
