This stunning 205sqm three bedroom house is located at the tranquil Ktikados village, 10min (6km) from the port of Tinos. Architecturally inspired by the centuries-old ruins found on its site it is built reusing some of the same stones, evoking a traditional Tinian character while offering modern amenities. The house is formed by a web of living spaces on many different levels which gradually reveal striking views of the Aegean Sea through a south facing spacious veranda.

The famous “Drosia” tavern (also known as Vassili’s tavern from the name of its owner) serving some of the best food on Tinos is a stone’s throw away from the house. A few meters from Drosia is “Agnanti”, a delightful, tiny tavern with a couple of tables on a small terrace, serving equally amazing traditional dishes prepared by kyria Eleni. From the house's main door head left on the lovely alleyway towards the centre of the village and you will find both. If you head right instead, the stone-paved, centuries old footpath leads all the way to the Tinos main town and port within 45 minutes. It is advisable to have a car; there is a private parking in front of the house. Bus station in 10 minutes walk and taxis available.
