With panoramic views of St.Nicolas Bay, this the perfect sea-friendly luxury self-catering home for families & loved ones with a difference. This captivating sea-view home lays in 1.000m² outdoor area and is embellished with a 50m² private infinity swimming pool (1,40 meters deep) that can be heated with an additional fee, also boasting premium sun beds and a outdoor build-in hydromassage. An additional spa whirlpool, accommodating up to four, is available on the first-floor balcony. The villa is also equipped with fitness facilities, including free weights, a treadmill, exercise bikes, and a weight bench. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts four bedrooms & four en suite bathrooms, but also an additional WC at the ground floor, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel - featuring sea-views from the moment you wake up and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds, as well two extra guests that can be accommodated at the folding armchairs located in two of the rooms. The maximum capacity is 10 guests.
 Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 80 euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
