Thoughtfully designed with four elegantly appointed bedrooms(with en-suite bathrooms and one shared WC in the living room area) and luminous, airy interiors that flow seamlessly onto expansive alfresco terraces, the villa perfectly captures the essence of indoor-outdoor harmony. At its heart, two inviting private pools—one of which can be heated upon request with an additional fee—glimmer under the Cretan sun. For those seeking wellness and vitality, outdoor fitness equipment is available for open-air workouts, while a charming play area ensures delight for younger guests. A table tennis corner invites light-hearted competition, and a shaded barbecue and dining pavilion provides the perfect setting for leisurely alfresco feasts. All this, just a gentle stroll from the soft sands and clear waters of the nearby beach. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy (Small Pool 12m2 - 1,4 depth) : - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 50 euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. Climate Resilience Fee A 6,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
