We try to grow our family vegetable garden almost every year, so you will have the opportunity to pick and try the delicious resources of the earth, from vegetables to natural sea salt, as well as our own olive oil or to taste sea-fresh fish. Since our family lives near at hand, while from June till October next to the apartments, please expect our assistance with anything you might need during your stay, from key exchanges, to repairs, and anything in between.

The houses were built in 1985 to host friends and family during summertime. Since they always love to offer their hospitality, the hosts renovated the old building creating a place for travelers passing by to visit this part of Messinia. They face north-west with a view of the sunset at the sea. Their positioning and orientation is designed bioclimatically to take advantage of the solar gain, the day lighting and the sea breeze that keeps cooler the interior. The interior is 40 sq.m., decorated in a simple colorful style creating a warm and cozy atmosphere, while at the exterior are used earthy colors and natural local materials. The apartments feature a double bedroom and a separate living room with a twin bed, a pull-out bed, and a sofa bed. The open kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge and all necessary utensils to cook a proper meal. There is one bathroom with shower and a hairdryer, as well as outdoor showers for the guests to use. The living room opens to a large private balcony, with a dining table and staircases with direct access to the yard, which enjoys views to the sea and the sunset. In front, there is parking space right outside the yard.

The houses dispose of a yard with garden spots and patios with outdoor furniture, quiet places to soak up the sun and the fresh sea breeze. There is a children’s playground area with a slide and swings. In the future, we plan to dedicate more space to natural playgrounds where children and adults can play and interact together and with their surroundings. A barbeque area with a dining table is for the houses to use and a wood oven attached at the back of the reception room, is also for the guests’ use. Surrounded by a large yard of 4000 sq.m. with an access to a secluded rocky beach and a splendid view to the sea, Esperides are 5 independent apartments with a specific arrangement that maintains their privacy. They are situated in a sparsely-populated area, providing peaceful atmosphere and tranquility complemented by the mesmerizing sound of the sea.
