The property is 1 km from the beach (non organised). Geoponika beach, at a distance of 2.9kms, is an extension of Kallikrateia beach, fully organized with many bars and restaurants of good quality. Vergias beach is at 1.7kms, Mykoniatika beach is 2.4kms away. There's a mini-market for basic needs at around 1.5km from the property. All other amenities including supermarket and shops can be found in Nea Kallikratia village (5km distance). The highway is at 1.5km and leads on the westside to Thessaloniki airport (35km) and the city center (44km), while on the east it leads to Halkidiki with many popular destinations nearby, Moudania and Potidea (20km), Kallithea (40km), Nikiti at (55km) and Pefkohori (60km).
