Etheria comfort house is a brand new apartment of 87 sq.m. in a quiet area at the entrance of the city, behind the bowling center. It is luxurious and modern, made to accommodate families, couples and friends who wish to enjoy their holidays in Kos. It will immediately make you feel at home since every detail was designed to offer a comfortable and pleasant stay to its guests. It is 800 meters from the city center and 1200 meters from the well-known organized beach in Lampi. It is located on the 1st floor of a small new building with an elevator and private parking. At Etheria comfort house, every detail was designed with guests' comfort in mind. All appliances and furniture are brand new. Although the apartment is cool, it has brand new air conditioners in each bedroom and living room. The kitchen is convenient and fully equipped for comfortable and easy cooking. It has a kitchen, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The two bedrooms have king size double beds, air condition and flat screen smart TV. The sofa in the living room can easily be converted into a double king size bed. In the living room there is also a 55'' flat screen smart TV. Wifi is free and available in all areas of the apartment. The bathroom has a walk in shower, washing machine, hair dryer and we provide free shampoo, shower gel and body cream. Finally, there is a large, comfortable, quiet terrace to have your breakfast and enjoy the morning sun or to relax in the evening with a glass of wine overlooking the green neighbouring olive grove.

On the ground floor of the building there is a small gym and massage studio which our guests can use with extra charge. Next to our apartment is the bowling center which has a small children's playground and serves, among other things, sushi and Chinese meals. In a radius of 100 meters, visitors can find a bank, a mini market, a dry cleaner, a bakery and Kos Patiserie. There are also clinics of various specialties such as paediatrician, pathologist, ophthalmologist, dentist.
