EPaN Luxury Apartment includes five apartments. One 90 sq m. is located on the first floor and has two comfortable bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and balconies with awnings. It is recently renovated and has all the amenities for a pleasant and comfortable stay such as natural gas heating in winter, air conditioning in summer, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils and crockery. It also has a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Two apartments are located on the second floor. Fully renovated, they combine comfort with luxury. One 56 sq m. with two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a balcony with awnings, natural gas for heating in winter and air conditioners in each room for coolness in summer. The other two apartments are located on the third floor. Fully renovated, they combine comfort with luxury. One 55 sq m. has a large terrace with automatic awnings and outdoor furniture. Two bedrooms with air conditioning in each for the summer and gas heating for the winter. The other apartment of 36 sq m. has a bedroom and a living room with kitchen. The kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, crockery and cooking utensils. Finally, there are two comfortable bathrooms, one for each apartment, with a large shower and hairdryer. The guest has at his disposal bed linen and towels as well as care and cleaning products in all our apartments. The parking that is declared on the platform is free on the public road around the accommodation, reservation is not possible. This means that parking is free throughout the area. It is also completely safe due to a police station on the corner of the street. The accommodation does not have the ability to issue an invoice.
