Fedra is a newly-built private two-storey house, with a total area of 75 sqm, located just 900 m far from the old center of the Nafplion city. It is suitable for couples or families, accommodating up to 5 guests, for short- or longer-term vacation, as it is fully-equipped, offering a wide range of facilities. The house is extended at three levels, including the parking space. The first – ground level is the parking area, with a capacity of two (2) cars. An entrance is located in this area leading to the upper floors via staircase. The mid-level comprises the kitchen/dining room and a small WC at the front, as well as the living room and the balcony at the rear. The third level accommodates two (2) bedrooms with the respective balconies and one (1) WC. All the rooms are air-conditioned for the summer time and have central heating for the winter, while hot water is continuously available. Especially for our younger guests, safety doors are installed both at the top and bottom of the staircase as well as cot bed and baby high chair for their meals are available upon request. The astonishing view of the house constitutes an asset as it extends to the city harbor and Bourtzi sea castle (first Venetian name: Castello dello Soglio) as well as the old fortress of Palamidi, some of the landmarks of Nafplion city. The house is at a distance of 1 km from Arvanitia beach and 1.5 km from Karathona beach, where you can enjoy swimming and relaxing at the day light and a nice cocktail in the evening. Longer destinations, worth visiting by car, are Kondyli beach and Tolo seaside village, as well as Peloponnese archaeological monuments such as the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus and the Archaeological site of Mycenae, just 25 km away.
