A bright, renovated and fully equipped suite, that will accommodate up to 4 guests in the city center. Smartly designed, fully equipped, in a functional part of the city, in the city center, near the monuments, the areas of interest and the TIF. Ιn one of the newest buildings in the city center, with a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, WC and a separate shower. The bedroom has a double bed, desk and wardrobe, while the living room has a sofa bed. Its kitchen is fully equipped, while the independent layout of the shower and WC allowing for their simultaneous use by the tenants. From its corner balcony you have a view of the sea and the castles of the city. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the building has an elevator.
In the city center, next to the International Exhibition of Thessaloniki, the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the waterfront. Ideal location, close to all city attractions and entertainment areas. The whole city center literally at your feet. You can park your car either on the street for a fee (in places indicated) or in one of the many parking lots in the area and move either by walking or by public transport. Street parking is free at night and on weekends after a certain time. Information is written on the signs. There are parking areas either uncovered (at TIF at 100m) or covered (underground space at YMCA at 350m, Vellideio at 700m) and others.
