We are of international background and after having worked and lived extensively overseas we chose to return to Greece with a vision to create a holiday home venture true to our hearts, appreciating the balance between functionality, luxury and sustainable design. As a family and with friends that often visit, we ourselves enjoy all that the surrounding coastline and mountains have to offer especially the beautiful beaches, boating, snorkeling, canoeing, fishing and discovering the hidden coastal coves and in the mountains going trekking, mountain biking and exploring the rivers and pools.

The village of Olympiada is located on the eastern peninsula of Chalkidiki where wild mountains with rivers and waterfalls meet fabulous sandy beaches and crystal seas. The holiday homes are situated at the entrance to the village of Olympiada which lies beside the site of ancient Stagira the birthplace of Aristotle the famous philosopher and tutor to Alexander the Great. In spring and summer, the mountains are abundant with wild flowers and herbs - all the nature that Aristotle studied. The best oregano can be found at the sides of the mountain tracks and footpaths which we gather and dry - delicious sprinkled on Greek salad and feta cheese. The village makes its own feta cheese from sheep and goats that feed on these wild plants. Out to sea maybe you will see dolphins playing or perhaps an octopus swimming in the shallows. The village boasts excellent tavernas serving all the Greek specialties and delicious seafood, including our famous local mussels. The restaurants can be found all along the village beach-front and on beaches further along the coast. A 5-minute walk into the the village you will find bakers, butchers and supermarkets where you can buy everything you need if you feel like cooking or grilling at home. If you are here at full moon, you can see it rising out of the ocean in front of Garden Residence, sometimes rising behind our island to the left or behind ancient Stagira to the right. On a clear day you can see the island of Thassos on the horizon.
