Villa Nicolinda is situated in the area of the beautiful and well known Thermal springs of Kalithea on the North-East coast of the island Rhodos which makes it ideal for you to relax and enjoy the sun of Rhodos. You will be able to enjoy the quiet and privacy we offer in it’s fullest. Our villa is secluded and has the most amazing private garden with fish and turtle pond, which makes it quite exotic and to top it off a build in a chalet style swim spa. Completely furnished and fully equipped for your comfort, with air conditioning, but as the design of the house is such with many windows, that it’s very bright and cool at the same time, you will rarely need the use of air conditioning. You will only need to open the windows and have will have the most refreshing breath of fresh air, which is healthier and environmental friendly after all. Villa Nicolinda is a two floor building, the house is built within 1.300 square meters of private grounds. It has a large parking area, partly with roof cover and a big green garden complete with two large verandas.

The airport is a 25 minute drive, on the way you will pass through the village of Koskinou and 1.5 km towards the coast you will find Villa Nicolinda. From the villa’s location you only have to walk 130 meters to the nearest beach, the beach beds are rented, as everywhere on the island. The main road (Rhodos-Kalithea road) is 300 meters from the house and there you will find a TAXI-stop, BUS-stop and Kiosk with snacks and cigarettes. If you follow the road towards Rhodos Town in 200 meters you will have an ATM-cash machine, Mini-Market and opposite a Petrol station. 300 meters further in the same direction you will find the Pharmacy. Within a total distance of 1.5 km is the first big AB-supermarket. On the main road towards town you will find four big supermarkets in total. The distance to the Center of Rhodos Town and Old Town is 5.5 km. Thermal springs of Kalithea are in the opposite direction (towards Faliraki) and 2 km from the villa. In that area you will find many different small beaches in the beautiful rocky coastline of Kalithea. At just 6 km away you have the sandy beach of Faliraki.
