HOUSE RULES - ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: -For the better enjoyment of your experience at our property, please take care whilst using the pool and all surrounding areas. Children specifically should be always supervised by a responsible adult when using the pool area (both in the water and on the deck). As the owners, we always strive to maintain a clean, well-equipped and safe property, and we do not assume responsibility for damages that may occur on our property, or for complaints lodged against our guests. We please ask to act responsibly and follow our safety rules. -Please remember that inherent risks are assumed with the use of exercise equipment and water recreation in general. It is the responsibility of the registered guest to inform anyone using these facilities of the potential hazards. Each guest’s use of these facilities constitutes a release of liability and waiver of any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of such use, for any physical or psychological injury, including but not limited to illness, paralysis, death, damages, economical or emotional loss; and constitutes agreement that the owners and hosts of the property assume no responsibility for any accident, illness, injury, or death.

Upon entering the house, you’ll find the spacious kitchen to your right, featuring a large dining table that comfortably seats 8. The open-plan living area extends from the kitchen, offering a 65" TV and a generous couch with stunning views of the pool and sea in front, as well as the BBQ and outdoor dining area to the right. Conveniently located near the entrance is the laundry room, equipped with a washer and essential cleaning products. BEDROOMS INSIDE THE MAIN HOUSE To the left of the living room is the master bedroom, featuring a queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet (separately designed for added convenience), two spacious closets with shelves and hanging space, and a dedicated workstation. The balcony doors open directly to the pool, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. The second bedroom, located to the left upon entering the house, also has a queen-sized bed. It features a large ensuite bathroom, a large closet with shelves and hanging space, and a workstation. The balcony doors lead to the side patio with cozy lounge seating. THE COURTYARD Off the living room there is an open space in the middle of the house like a courtyard. This space connects the main house with the downstairs suite accessible through a main door in the courtyard. The courtyard consists of lounge seating and a perfect mixture of sunlight, breeze and quiet. Its a perfect gate-away. THE HIDDEN GEM - DOWNSTAIRS SUITE A special feature of the house is the downstairs suite, accessed through the courtyard. This expansive 50m² bedroom comfortably accommodates three guests. It includes a huge ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet (separately designed), a large closet with hanging and shelving space, a workstation, and a kitchen. A cozy big couch can be used as an additional single bed. GBR 2 is located near everything you might need during your stay - we understand that easy access makes for an easy vacation. One of the best beaches on the island - Golden Beach - is 200m away, a short and easy walk of just 5 minutes. Here you will find many beach bars, taverns, sun loungers and water sport activities (windsurfing, scuba diving and more). There is a mini market with an ATM for any essential shopping at 120m away, a 1 minute walk. The bigger supermarket, Sklavenitis, is 5 minutes away and all the top beaches of the island are from 5-14 minutes away including: -Punda Beach -Logaras Beach -Faraggas Beach -New Golden Beach The main towns - Paroikia and Naousa - are about 20-25 minutes away by car. Driving is very easy in Paros and we always recommend renting a car because this allows you to see the whole island at your own convenience. The bus is another way to move around the island, there are bus stops all over the island and the timetables are posted online.
