Property information

Three residences for the most carefree time of the year, the summer, in the most beautiful spot of Paros, the Golden Beach (Chrysi Akti). The Summera residences are located on the main road Marpissa-Dryos. Built on a 4.000 square meters plot and characterized by Cycladic architecture, each villa has a net space of 80-100 sq.m and its own private pool. The 2 bedrooms are independent (not connected internally) and each has en-suite bathroom. Sleeping up to five people, Villa 1 & 3 have two separate spaces: one with a living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen and bedroom with en suite bathroom and the other with a stand-alone bedroom and en suite bathroom, replete with fluffy towels and body & hair care products. Minimalist, top-notch quality, aesthetically and functionally perfect. Villa 2 in the center of the complex, may accommodate up to 4 persons and boasts an unobstructed view of the Golden Coast beach with the private pool sparkling at your feet. Artistically constructed with high-grade materials, Villa 2 sports eclectic décor, furnishings and appliances. Villa2 has 3 separate spaces: The two separate bedrooms—with full en suite, roomy bathrooms—have beds with Media Strom’s famous Optimum mattresses from where you can look out over the blue Aegean Sea. Also facing the sea is the living/dining room and open-plan kitchen, which is a separate space itself. Enjoy all the amenities you would include in your personal vacation home.

The villa is easily accessible, on the main road from Marpissa to Dryos. There are a few houses around. Walking distance to the sea and small mini market
