Through a journey that started in 2001, Oreo Travel was founded by Stratos Beretis, an experienced member of the Greek Tourism Industry, a Graduate of the Department of Economics of the University of Crete and a Master Degree Holder in Tourism Business Management. Having passed through several management positions, he was won over by the occupation with tailor made tourism services and especially in inbound tourism in villas, independent properties, country houses and small holiday rental units. Oreo Travel started as a representative of global tour operators and continues to this day with an ever-growing network of partners and properties in Crete, Peloponnese and Athens, in line with the new promotional and managing methods. Our goal at Oreo Travel is to promote the properties we partner with in the best way possible, by solely operating as a booking agent on behalf of our partner-property owners, whom we advise and guide in providing high standards of hospitality for their guests, in accordance with the regulations and the laws that govern the accommodation industry. Furthermore, we are constantly available for our guests to answer questions, solve potential problems that may arise while booking or staying in and to recommend services that may be needed to facilitate their stay and maximize their travel experience (car rental, transportation, tours, excursions and concierge services). Golden Sand Beach Villa is a beautiful, newly restored 6-bedroom villa with a private pool and breathtaking sea views, located approximately 10 km east of Rethymno town, right next to the beach and within short walking distance of taverns and supermarkets. Luxury and comfort await you in this magnificent setting. The villa is exceptionally spacious, covering an area of 400 sqm, and boasts a unique style. As you enter the house, you'll be greeted by a grand hallway with impressive high ceilings. To the left is the living area with a comfortable modern sofa and a TV set. Adjacent to the living area is the dining area, and further on, there's an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a large covered patio. This outdoor space is perfect for relaxation, enjoying a drink, having lunch, or reading a book. On the ground level, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be joined to form a double. Both bedrooms have en-suite facilities with a shower and WC. Further on this level there is a second living area and a geust's wc. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll find four more bedrooms. The master bedroom features a spacious double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi and WC. Additionally, there is another double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all with en-suite shower and WC. The villa can accommodate a maximum of two baby cots. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and provide access to a large balcony with stunning views of the sea and the sandy beach in front. The villa is set on an 800 sqm plot, providing a safe and ample space for children to play. The 40 sqm pool is surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas, offering a perfect spot for sunbathing. Next to the pool, there's a covered area with patio furniture and a built-in fireplace-barbecue. Please note that the changeover day for this villa is exclusively on Saturdays.
