Create memories in this unique space that is suitable for families. Single family house part of a safe housing complex located right across the shore with access to a small organised beach. The house has 2 floors connected with a contemporary spiral staircase. It is fully furnished with all the necessary electric equipment included. 2 master bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining room and living room with a fireplace. There is also a nicely decorated veranda that leads to a beatiful patio with a pergola and a traditional brick barbeque available for grilling. Parking is common for the house complex.
