Heliopetra Villa was designed to provide a serene and exceptionally private experience in the magical location of South Lefkada, offering breathtaking views of the Ionian Sea and surrounded by untouched nature! The Villa consists of two houses with independent entrances, one luxurious infinity pool with jacuzzi and a vast outdoor area with a shaded patio, a traditional wood oven, a BBQ, an exterion dining table and parking spot. It can host 2-9 people (In order to secure a private and exclusive experience, we rent both houses to the same group of visitors!) Enjoy the endless blue, meditate and relax under the Greek sun! *The last 1klm of the road that leads to the Villa is unpaved, so please drive slowly and carefully!!! **The villa is a 8-minutes drive away from the villa of Kontaraina and a 12-minutes drive from the nearest beach! ***The villa is an eco-friendly, green villa, since it uses resourceful energy (solar energy/photovoltaic system)! For this reason, it is advisable that you do not overconsume the electricity, in order not to drain the PV system. Thank you! The Upper house of the villa consists of two floors. It is the bigger house of the two, can host up to 5 people and includes one bedroom on the first floor with one double bed, one bedroom with one king-size bed and one baby crib on the second floor, one living room with a HD smart TV and one dining table. A sofa-bed for one person is located there, one fully equipped kitchen on the first floor, one fully equipped bathroom on the first floor and one on the second. The Lower house consists of one floor, it can host up to 4 people and includes one bedroom with one double bed, one living room with a double sofa bed for two people, one fully equipped kitchen, one fully equipped bathroom. The washing machine, the iron and the iron board are located there.

*THE LAST 1KLM OF THE ROAD IS UNPAVED SO PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY * -Enjoy a peaceful and calm environment in a private location, since the nearest house is around 300 meters away from the villa! -Access nearby beaches by car (15-20 minutes’ drive). You can choose among the famous beach Agiofilli with the crystal-clear waters, the organized beach Ammusa, next to which there are some isolated beaches, or the private beach Gaidouri which is ideal for nudism and tranquility. -The nearest village, Kontaraina, is located 5-minutes (by car) away from the property. It has very good traditional restauntants with local food and products! There is, also, a big supermarket and a bakery. -Around a 10-minutes’ drive from the Villa there is the picturesque seaside village of Vasiliki. It has a lot of bars with a vivid nightlife (ideal for students and young people in general, but also family friendly) traditional restaurants, little gift shops with local products, a pharmacy, an ATM and a few supermarkets. The beach of Vasiliki is considered one of the best beaches in Europe for wind-surfing!! -The cosmopolitan town of Lefkas, capital of the Lefkas island, is around 40 minutes away from the villa. -The international Aktion Airport (PVK) is a 1-hour drive from the villa.
