Το Holy Paraskevi apartment απέχει μόλις δύο λεπτά με τα πόδια από την παραλία ,250 μέτρα από το λιμάνι από όπου αναχωρούν τα μεγάλα σκάφοι για το νησί της Σπιναλόγκας , 300 μετρα από την λίμνη Βουλισμένη και το πολυσύχναστο κέντρο του Αγίου Νικολάου. 500 μέτρα από το αρχαιολογικό μουσείο ενώ κάθε Τετάρτη σε μικρή απόσταση με τα πόδια υπάρχει τοπική λαϊκή αγορά. Οι επισκέπτες του διαμερίσματος μπορούν να επισκεφθούν το μικρό παρεκκλήσι που βρίσκεται ακριβώς αποκάτω και να χαλαρώσουν στην βεράντα μας αντικρίζοντας κάθε πρωί το ηλιοβασίλεμα και κάθε βράδυ την δύση του ηλίου. Το Holy Paraskevi apartment απέχει 15 χλμ από την Ελούντα ,35 χλμ από την Ιεράπετρα ,9 χλμ από την Κριτσά ενώ το αεροδρόμιο του Ηρακλείου 62 χλμ .
Γεια σας.Λέγομαι Χρύσα Κλώντζα είμαι παντρεμένη και έχω αποκτήσει 3 αγόρια . Έχω μεγαλώσει στον Άγιο Νικόλαο και αυτό μου έδωσε την δυνατότητα να δω την πόλη μου να αναπτύσσεται πάντα προς το καλύτερο. Οι δραστηριότητες μου είναι το κολύμπι αφού μου δίνετε η δυνατότητα λόγω κλίματος να κολυμπάω ακόμα και τον χειμώνα επίσης μου αρέσει το περπάτημα μιας και η πόλη μου παρέχει παραλιακούς πεζόδρομους για περπάτημα και θέα στην θάλασσα. Δεν θέλω να σας κουράσω πολύ. Ευελπιστώ να τα πούμε από κοντά και να γνωριστούμε καλύτερα. Να θυμάστε ότι θα κάνω το καλύτερο δυνατό για την εξυπηρέτηση σας.Σας χαιρετώ.Φιλικά Χρύσα
