This comfortable and easily accessible house is ideal for those who want to combine seaside holidays alongside sightseeing tours in Athens!It is also highly recommended for families as the sea is a stone's throw away and very safe for kids!The garden all around the house is a plus for summer holidays as well as for winter ones as in the large living room there is a nice fireplace!
As i see this occupation as a hobby and not work i feel nice to welcome guests trying to make their stay as pleasant as possible and their holidays unforgettable!
The quiet neighbourhood is the main advantage i think because in about 30 metres it's the sea and many very good restaurants that offer delicious sea food and not only!There are also many cafes and two windsurfing clubs for the fans of the sport but also for those who want to enjoy a quiet drink by the sea.One more plus is the starting point of the buses that can take you to the tube station to Athens.The property is about 6 kms from the airport,about 3 kms from the port of Rafna,8 kms from the temple of Artemis,about 10 kms from Mc Arthur Glen shopping mall and Attica Zoo.Τhe distance to Athens is about 35 kms by car.
