Η περιοχή που ειναι ο χώρος ειναι μια ήσυχη περιοχή με κατοικιες μονο δεν υπάρχουν καταστήματα και φασαρία το ακίνητο ειναι απο το κεντρικό δρόμο γύρω στα 150 μέτρα απόσταση και 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια μεχρι την παραλια εχει θέα απο το σπιτι μεχρι το νησί Αίγινα με καταπληκτικό ηλιοβασίλεμα η περιοχή εχει μονο κατοικίες ειναι ιδανική για τζόκινγκ βλέποντας την θάλασσα υπαρχει ησυχία γενικά στην περιοχή ...
