Its the view, because its the only residential hill so close to Argostoli city (400m) and the famous Makris and Platis Yalos beaches (500m).
In fact the view is almost 360 degrees sea view.There are times that you can see up to three cruise ship pass by : one or two at the Argostoli Bay and one or two passing by from the sea passage offshore Lassi
The best thing is that actually there is no neighborhood.
You can have peace of mind!
