A beach front inspiring holiday home for creative souls which will captivate and delight; let Isla Βeach Ηouse seduce your wanderlust and take you on a journey by the sea, blissfully tucked away commanding breathtaking coastal views. This captivating home boasts a wonderful outdoor area and is embellished with a heated plunge pool with hydromassage facilities (3x4 &1 meter depth), a lounge area by the pool, as well as an outdoor shaded dinning area. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues under sunset skies. *Water temperature of the plunge pool can reach up to 28 °C degrees, depending on the outdoor temperature. The Villa features four wonderful bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms allowing plenty of space and comfort for all. Eight guests can be comfortably accommodated in real beds. One more guest can be accommodated on the sofa of the living room. The maximum capacity is nine guests. (2 baby cots, 2 high chairs are available upon request). Events allowed with Prior notice (extra fees, event contract required) Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) No pets allowed Smoking is allowed only outdoors. *Please kindly note that the beach profile changes seasonally due to the change in wave energy experienced during summer and winter months. Isla beach house is located in Damnoni, exactly in front of a small cove with sand and rocks, where you can get isolated. Damnoni it is a popular tourist resort, very well developed and organised. The beach that stretches in front of the resort is a long bay with beautiful turquoise waters and coarse whitish sand. Here you will find all the services of a well organised beach such as umbrellas, snack bars, showers, changing rooms, water sports, scuba diving centre, taverna, one horse riding centre etc. Also Plakias 5km east, is a sea front village, that can be reached within 6 minutes by car and has a sandy and very well organised beach with sun beds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, etc. The rocks surrounding the beach are ideal for fishing and snorkelling, as well. The road along the beach is also ideal for walking or cycling. Along the main road of the village there are several supermarkets, bakeries, ATM machines, post office, a doctor’s office, restaurants, tavernas, cafes and beach bars while on the beach there are tamarisk trees, water sports, beach volley courts, snack bars and other shops offer a very wide range of products, including local and traditional goods.
