The house is located in Pragmatefti of Arkadia, a quiet and traditional village, which is only 8 kilometers from Leonidio.
It has beautiful picturesque houses and alleys while it has a privileged position with an awsome view of the Myrtoon sea.
At a close distance of 3 kilometers is the organized beach of Sambatiki, where you can enjoy your coffee and food as well as the wonderful beach of Thiopafto is pristine and untouched.
The house is about 3 1/2 hours from Athens. You can come to Pragmatefti either by car or by bus. In case you choose a bus, we can help you rent a car from our area.
