🏠 With great care and affection, we renovated our two apartments to make you feel like welcomed guests in our home - not just visitors to our city. We continuously strive to meet every need of our guests, paying close attention to every detail so you can enjoy the most comfortable stay possible. Each of our apartments features a spacious balcony, equipped with an opening insect screen, a sunshade awning, and comfortable garden furniture. There is also a double outdoor swing for your relaxation. Amenities include free VDSL WiFi at 50 Mbps, a Smart TV, retro video games console, two compact foldable umbrellas, a first aid kit, city maps and brochures, and more. Depending on availability, we usually offer our guests seasonal organic fruits and vegetables from our garden, herbal teas that we personally collect and dry, as well as our own homemade tsipouro or wine, all made from our organically grown grapes. 👶 A baby cot/playpen and a high chair are available free of charge upon request and confirmation, and there is also a children's swing on the balcony. Please note that the apartments are located on the 4th floor, side by side, in a quiet yet very central area—right next to the Trikala Courthouse and the Central Square. 📌 If you wish, we can send you a Google Maps pin with our personal recommendations and tips—not only for exploring our city, but also for nearby destinations such as the Kalabaka-Meteora area or the Elati-Pertouli mountain region. 🏡 Description of our two apartments. 🏡 Two (2) independent, neighboring 4th-floor apartments (A1 & A2), fully equipped and renovated. Ideal for simultaneous rental by a family of four or a group of friends. Compact yet spacious, located in a very central and quiet area, right next to the Trikala Courthouse. Bedroom: Double bed, large chest of drawers, open wardrobe, A/C (cooling & heating), 32” Smart TV (HDMI, USB), retro video game console (mainly MAME arcade games) with two wireless controllers, ceiling fan, insect screen on the balcony door. Bathroom: Shower, electric water heater, portable bathroom heater, hairdryer, cabinets, first aid kit, personal care and hygiene products. Kitchen: Table and chairs, fridge, electric hotplate, toaster, French press coffee maker, Krups Dolce Gusto espresso machine, blender/food processor (multi), various utensils, basic cooking essentials (e.g. salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, spices), and local organic herbal teas—mostly collected and dried by us. Reception area: Comfortable entrance with panel heater, coat rack, and iron. Spacious balcony: Equipped with a sunshade awning, table and chairs, a double adult swing, and a children’s swing. Heating is provided by a portable 2000W convection heater and a 12,000 BTU air conditioner. A portable fan heater is also available for quickly warming the bathroom. All windows have double glazing for thermal and sound insulation (the apartment is located on a quiet side street), and insect screens are fitted on all windows and the balcony door. A baby cot/playpen and high chair are available upon request. Please note: As required by Greek law that you will be asked to provide your Passport/id number upon arrival.
