This gem waiting to accommodate you is situated in the backyard of a typical neoclassical mansion of Kifissia, the elegant suburb north of Athens. Newly refurbished in a minimalist design fashion, yet luxurious, situated in the quiet and residential neighbourhood of Kifissia, “Strofylli”. The center of Kifissia is only 10, the metro station 7 mins away by foot.
A king-size bed with a luxury mattress and memory foam pillows will help you in a good night’s sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary items for you to enjoy a good breakfast in the morning, as well as some meals during your stay. The bathroom with the rain shower has all basic amenities, a hair dryer included, a washing machine for your clothes is provided too. A small seating area outside in the green and quiet will help you relax from the busy and hectic downtown Athens. Should you wish to work, a desk can easily be up-folded to create the necessary workspace for you. For your entertainment, a smart TV is installed and you can easily connect to your Netflix etc accounts.

The busy commercial, entertainment and cultural area of Kifissia is only 10 minutes away by foot. In 14 minutes by foot you are in the “Kefalari” neighbourhood, a popular area with lots of Cafes and restaurants, as well as the church of Metamorfosi Sotiros, where many weddings and baptisms take place every year.
The nearest bus station is on Kifissias Avenue, just 3 minutes away by foot.
The metro station connecting Kifissia with the centre of Athens is only 7 minutes away by foot. From there, in 9 minutes you can get to the Olympic Stadium OAKA, in 35 minutes to Monastiraki and Syntagma Square in downtown Athens, in 50 minutes to the port of Piraeus. Athens International Airport is 1 hour and 15 minutes away by metro, 30 to 50 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.
The common pathway in the property leading up to the studio is shared by you and the residents of the main building.
