Through a journey that started in 2001, Oreo Travel was founded by Stratos Beretis, an experienced member of the Greek Tourism Industry, a Graduate of the Department of Economics of the University of Crete and a Master Degree Holder in Tourism Business Management. Having passed through several management positions, he was won over by the occupation with tailor made tourism services and especially in inbound tourism in villas, independent properties, country houses and small holiday rental units. Oreo Travel started as a representative of global tour operators and continues to this day with an ever-growing network of partners and properties in Crete, Peloponnese and Athens, in line with the new promotional and managing methods. Our goal at Oreo Travel is to promote the properties we partner with in the best way possible, by solely operating as a booking agent on behalf of our partner-property owners, whom we advise and guide in providing high standards of hospitality for their guests, in accordance with the regulations and the laws that govern the accommodation industry. Furthermore, we are constantly available for our guests to answer questions, solve potential problems that may arise while booking or staying in and to recommend services that may be needed to facilitate their stay and maximize their travel experience (car rental, transportation, tours, excursions and concierge services). Kipo Paradiso is a spa, massage, yoga, gym resort located in a beautiful quiet rural area. The first two-story building hosts the main spa facilities in its interior and exterior areas and a large number of guests in full luxury. Fully equipped gym, lawn yoga area, massage room, two jacuzzi rooms, sauna, and two private swimming pools. In the same building, there are 6 bedrooms (4 with double beds and 2 with twin beds) and 7 bathrooms,6 en-suite and one w/c. There are also balconies, a luxury living room, sofas, a large TV set, a dining area, and all modern appliances. The second, stone-build building has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms, a luxury living room, sofas, large TV set, dining area, and all modern appliances. IMPORTANT : For up to 12 persons the main building is used and the smaller one remains closed. Yoga , gym , massage and spa services are provided with an extra local charge. The gym area has 4 showers, 2 W/C. The massage room has 1 W/C and a shower. In the main area, there is a common W/C.All beds have coco mat mattresses. All living areas including the spa facilities areas are fully and individually air-conditioned and equipped with many satellite TV sets. There is fast internet WiFi coverage throughout. At the exteriors, there are a BBQ, a wood oven, many resting areas full furnished, shaded relaxing areas, and two private swimming pools, one for adults (8.40 Χ 4.20 m, 0.80-1.50m depth, that is also heated with an extra charge) and one for children(2.00 Χ 2.00 m, 0.80m depth) and a table tennis. Please note that the heated pool requires 3 days for warm-up in advance. The costs for the sauna, jacuzzi, and swimming pool are determined according to the cost of electricity. The 4000 sq.m. plot has 12 different gardens with plants, fruit trees, and vegetables, and a lot of them are at the disposal of the guests, via an agreement with the owner. There is electric power charge for electric vehicle.

The area is very quiet and serene, with privacy, while it is just 13km from the vivid Rethymno town, 1km from taverns, and 500m from a local mini-market.
